Etherea operates as a print-on-demand brand, meaning each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed. This process supports our mission to reduce waste and overproduction while maintaining fair practices for our customers.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Etherea, we want you to love every piece you receive. Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges, but we do accept returns for refunds under certain conditions. This policy outlines when and how you can return an item and what to expect once you do.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a refund within 21 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • You can provide proof of purchase

To begin a return, contact support@shopetherea.com with your order number and reason for return.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Because of our production model, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Custom-printed or limited-edition products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@shopetherea.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the affected item at no additional cost.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund officially appears.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, email us at support@shopetherea.com for assistance.
